Many of you have so amazingly supported and loved my husband and I through our journey of pregnancy and then tragic loss of our son Titus.  For those of you who don’t know we have put our story on MY HUSBANDS BLOG.  After much prayer and wise counsel we moved forward with paperwork to adopt. God is so faithful and allowing all of this to happen so much sooner than we anticipated.  We just got a call today that we have been matched with a birth mom and we are going to get our son on Monday!!!  Such a roller coaster and so much emotion pouring out of us.  We are so excited.  My husband is the one who writes so eloquently so please go to his blog to read the whole story!!!  It begins in March and moves forward from there!  With all of this said I will be on a break for a bit adjusting to life with a newborn and enjoying every two am feeding!!!

Audrey 9 months

December 5, 2007

I have been taking photos of Audrey since she was first born every three months and I swear to you she gets cuter every time I see her. We were suppose to do the photos on Saturday and most of you experienced the UNBELIEVABLE rain! I loved it, but it is not condusive to outdoor photos:( So we moved the photos to Sunday, but by 4 pm Audrey was done and very mad everytime I put the camera up to her, poor little thing! It is so hard once a baby is upset so we called it a day. However, we got some super cute photos in light of the craziness of the situation:) Check her out, already stealing hearts!

She was very enamored by the grass and wanted to just keep pulling it out and squishing it in her hands. I absolutely love the curiosity of little ones:)

This is the funny face she is into right now, isn’t it so cute! She breathes through her nose in and out really fast!

I wish I could post them all! I actually cried on the slideshow, such a woman I know! I just think she is so sweet! And I love her mom Lauren, she is the best!

life to the full.

Wedding. Maternity. Baby. Beautiful moments in life should be captured with beautiful, artistic photography. My work as a photographer is about just that- finding the art in the everyday moments, the beauty that radiates from each person and the magnificence that is found in special times in our lives.

I take personal interest in each person or family that I am working with in order for you to get the photos you want. My work is photo-journalistic in nature- documenting the event and people- but overwhelmingly artistic- using angles, colors, and contrast to create truly stunning portraiture.

I have been photographing people and events for 3 years now. My work has taken me across the world and around the corner and it has only confirmed my belief in the God-given uniqueness in each person and each situation. Arriving. Becoming.

Those are the moments that are meant to be shared with the world. Let me capture those moments for you and turn them into works of art.
